We primarily design and manufacture peripheral equipment for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, developing products tailored to our customers' needs. We hope the technologies we hold will be commercialized across many fields and prove useful to our customers. Our entire staff pours passion into turning customers' ideas into reality through research, development, and prototyping.

STEP 01 ConsultationWe carefully listen to your requirements, technical challenges, budget, and desired delivery date.
Inquiries at the stage where specifications are not yet fixed, or at the conceptual level, are perfectly fine.
To offer the best proposal for your site, we conduct visits and meetings as needed. -
STEP 02 Specification & Standards Review(SEMI / safety standards)Based on your required specifications, we confirm necessary requirements such as SEMI standards and safety criteria, and organize the conditions to reflect in the design.
We examine specifications according to the equipment's use and environment, and propose the optimal configuration for commercialization. -
STEP 03 DesignWe handle mechanical, circuit, and sequence design entirely in-house. With 3D CAD (SolidWorks)
three-dimensional design, customers can clearly review the finished image.
We flexibly accommodate specification changes and additional requirements to produce design drawings you can be satisfied with. -
STEP 04 ManufacturingFrom parts machining to piping assembly and control-panel assembly and wiring, skilled technicians at our own factory handle manufacturing end to end. We work with a wide range of piping materials—metal, Teflon, PVC, resin, and more—and finish to the optimal specification for your use and environment. We also flexibly handle small lots and custom products.

STEP 05 InspectionWe perform all necessary inspections for each product, including pressure, airtightness, and performance tests, on every unit.
Our 100% pre-shipment inspection system guarantees the quality of the products we deliver.
Inspection records are provided at shipment, ensuring traceability. -
STEP 06 PackingConsidering each product's characteristics and shipping route, we prepare for shipment with the optimal packing specification.
Clean packing that maintains cleanliness for semiconductors, dedicated rust- and moisture-proof packing for overseas transport, and more—
we take every measure to deliver safely with packaging suited to the application. -
STEP 07 ShippingWe deliver reliably in line with your specified due date. When installation and start-up at the delivery site are required,
our technicians visit and handle everything through operational verification. After delivery, we maintain a service and support system
to protect your stable operation.
Development of diverse in-house products
Technomate is also committed to "original product development." Starting with equipment for semiconductor forming jobs, 24 years ago we began developing our own brand and commercialized it as the "FS Series."
It has become one of our flagship original products, adopted not only in Japan but also by companies in countries such as Taiwan and China. By strengthening all three divisions—engineering, manufacturing, and sales—we will grow on the twin pillars of made-to-order products and our own products.
