Guided by our theme, "The Science of Temperature, Pressure, and Fluids," we design and manufacture peripheral equipment for semiconductor manufacturing systems, as well as components and equipment for industries such as automotive and measurement instrumentation.

- 1994JulCompany founded; established in Nakanoue-cho, Hachioji, and began manufacturing cooling-water pump units for semiconductor equipment
- 1995JulBegan manufacturing high-pressure pump units for wafer cleaning in lift-off equipment
